Cube Highways Trust Invit InvITs

Cube Highways Trust is an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under the InvIT Regulations. The Trust was established in December 2021 to acquire, manage, and invest in infrastructure assets and infrastructure-related investments in India through special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and holding companies. The Trust's portfolio comprises a diversified collection of road infrastructure assets across India. As of the date of the Draft Offer Document, the portfolio includes 27 operational road assets and is proposed to be expanded with four additional road infrastructure assets. These assets are held through project SPVs engaged in the development, operation, and maintenance of highways, expressways, toll roads, and transportation infrastructure. Cube Highways Fund Advisors Private Limited acts as the Investment Manager of the Trust, while Cube Highways and Transportation Assets Advisors Private Limited serves as the Project Manager. The Trust's investment objective is to generate stable cash flows and long-term value for unitholders through investments in eligible infrastructure projects in accordance with the SEBI InvIT Regulations. The Trust's portfolio assets are spread across multiple states in India and operate under concession agreements granted by various governmental authorities. The Trust focuses on acquiring and managing operational transportation infrastructure assets with predictable revenue streams and growth potential.
