Founded in September 2016, Unisem Agritech specialises in the development, processing, and sale of seeds for vegetables, flowers, and field crops. The company employs conventional breeding techniques to produce hybrid seeds that offer increased yields, superior quality, and enhanced resistance to pests and diseases relative to natural varieties.
The company focus on developing hybrid seeds, selecting the best traits to produce foundation seeds, which are then multiplied into commercial seeds for farming. These seeds are designed to suit different agro-climatic conditions, including water availability, soil type, and crop duration.
For large-scale production, the company works with seed growers under agreements and monitors their fields to ensure proper practices. After harvesting, seeds go through strict quality checks before being processed at our facility in Ranebennur, Karnataka. The processed seeds are then packed and supplied to dealers across several states.
